Joshua Tree National Park

These photos were made in August 2019 when I visited Joshua Tree National Park. It is an area where two distinct desert ecosystems, the Mojave and the Colorado, come together. I saw desert jack rabbits and a coyote in this area sculpted by strong winds and occasional torrents of rain. It was fun to hike around on the surreal geologic features of the park in southern California.
